A clinical assessment must detemine a chemical dependency problem. All intake must bring appropriate identification (i.e., birth certificate, social security card, welfare ID, drivers license, state photo ID, passports) All admissions must bring a thirty (30) day supply of all prescribed medications (no psychoactive/ psychotropic medicines are allowed).
All criminal justice referrals must bring written permission from that criminal justice entity.

*Individual Substace Abuse Counceling
*Job Readiness Services
*Legal Services
*Medical Services
* Vocational/ Educational Services

Phase 1 - Probation:
An indeterminate length orientation which includes learning agency policies and procedures, submitting two comprehesive educational assessments, medical and psychological evaluations and reaffirming one's commitment to a drug-free life-style.

Phase 2 - Pre-Employed:
Affords program participants an opportunity to become gainfully employed, or enrolled in an educational/ vocational, academic/ training curriculum at an accredited learning institution.

Phase 3 - Pre-Re-Entry:
The clients progress in work/ educational activities are monitored on an on-going basis. Clients who work are required to save one-third (1/3) of their net income. A client must spend a minimum of forty-five (45) days in this phase.

Phase 4 - Re-Entry:
After meeting all program requirements, (i.e., drug free, work or school, savings, etc) clients are permitted to advance to this level of increased responsibilities and corresponding privileges, in preparation to continue these newly acquired drug free lifestyles in the community where they will live upon graduation from the program.
